1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the kp98 platform at kp98.org ("the Platform"), you ("the Player", "you", "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions (" Terms", "Agreement") in their entirety, including any documents, policies, or rules incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and kp98 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"). If you do not accept these Terms in full, you must immediately cease all use of the kp98 platform and close your account if one has been created.

Your continued use of the kp98 platform following any published amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain aware of the current version.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the kp98 website at kp98.org and all associated services, interfaces, and features accessible through a registered account.
• "Player Account" means the individual account created by a registered user for the purpose of accessing kp98 services.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) by a Player and held in their kp98 account wallet, net of any wagered amounts.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free spins value, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the relevant promotion's terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before withdrawals and certain account actions are processed.
• "PSL" means the Pakistan Super League, the domestic T20 cricket franchise competition held annually in Pakistan.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to or use of the kp98 platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law or kp98 policy.

3 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and maintain a kp98 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. kp98 enforces a strict minimum age policy and age verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities may not register Player Accounts.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or agent of kp98, nor a close family member of any such person.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order placed through kp98 or any affiliated responsible gaming programme.

4 Account Registration

Each individual may register only one (1) Player Account on the kp98 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.1 Registration Information

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud.

4.2 Account Accuracy

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and up to date at all times. Material changes — such as a change of residential address or contact details — must be updated in your kp98 account settings or communicated to the support team promptly.

4.3 One Account Policy

Where kp98 identifies that a Player holds more than one account, kp98 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets and bonuses, and withhold any withdrawals pending investigation. Players found to have deliberately created duplicate accounts to exploit bonuses will have their real money balances reviewed and may be forfeited subject to fraud findings.

5 Identity Verification (KYC)

kp98 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with its obligations under applicable international gaming and anti-money laundering standards. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed, and kp98 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any point during the account lifetime.

5.1 Required Documents

Standard KYC verification on kp98 requires the following:

• Proof of Identity: Valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or driver's licence displaying your full name and date of birth clearly.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document confirming your current residential address, dated within the past three months.
• Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot or confirmation of the JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank account used for deposits, confirming ownership by the account holder.

5.2 Verification Timeline

kp98 targets KYC review completion within 48 hours of receiving all required documentation. Players will be notified by email of the outcome. Withdrawals will be processed only after successful KYC approval.

5.3 Enhanced Due Diligence

For accounts with high transaction volumes or flagged for enhanced review, kp98 may request additional documentation including source of funds evidence. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 calendar days of request may result in account suspension.

6 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kp98 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. kp98 will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.

• You must not share your account credentials with any third party.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your kp98 account on your behalf.
• You must notify kp98 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• kp98 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Any activity conducted through your kp98 account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility until you have formally notified kp98 of a suspected security breach.

7 Deposits

kp98 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and selected cryptocurrency wallets. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the kp98 cashier and are subject to change without prior notice.

7.1 Deposit Restrictions

• Deposits must originate from payment methods registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• kp98 reserves the right to reverse or hold any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from the account holder's own payment method.
• Deposits made using payment methods belonging to another individual — including family members — will be treated as third-party deposits and may be subject to refund and account review.

7.2 Processing Times

JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited to the kp98 account wallet in real time or within a few minutes of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take one to three business days depending on the sending bank's processing schedule. Crypto deposits are credited after the required network confirmations are received.

8 Withdrawals

Withdrawals of real money balance from a kp98 account are subject to successful KYC verification, compliance with these Terms, and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible.

8.1 Withdrawal Processing Times

• JazzCash / EasyPaisa: Processed within one hour during standard operating hours for verified accounts.
• HBL / UBL / Meezan Bank: Processed within one business day for verified accounts.
• Cryptocurrency: Processed within two to four hours after network broadcast, subject to blockchain confirmation times.

8.2 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are published in the kp98 cashier. kp98 reserves the right to process large withdrawals in instalments where required by its payment processing arrangements. Players will be informed of any instalment schedule applied to their withdrawal.

8.3 Withdrawal Refusal

kp98 reserves the right to refuse or delay a withdrawal where: (a) KYC documentation is incomplete; (b) the account is under investigation for fraud, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms; (c) there is a dispute regarding the relevant transaction; or (d) the withdrawal would result in a negative real money balance after pending wagering requirements are applied.

9 Bonuses & Promotions

kp98 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, PSL season specials, and cashback offers. All promotions are subject to specific terms published alongside each offer. In the event of a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these General Terms, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

9.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to a kp98 account carry wagering requirements that must be met before the bonus (or winnings derived from the bonus) can be converted to withdrawable real money balance. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and contribution percentages are stated in each promotion's terms. As a general principle, live casino games and sports bets contribute differently to wagering requirements than slot games — refer to each promotion's specific terms for the applicable contributions.

9.2 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds that have not been wagered within the expiry period stated in the relevant promotion's terms will be automatically removed from the Player's account without notice. Expiry periods vary by promotion and are clearly stated at the time of bonus issuance.

9.3 Bonus Abuse

kp98 employs active monitoring to detect bonus abuse. Patterns including low-margin bet hedging to meet wagering requirements, use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, coordinated play with other accounts, and similar abusive strategies will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account closure.

9.4 Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions

kp98 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time. Players will be notified of material changes to active promotions by email or platform notification. Continuing to participate in a promotion after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10 Betting Rules — Sports

All sports bets placed on kp98, including cricket matches, PSL fixtures, T20 leagues, and other sporting events, are subject to the specific sport and market rules published in the kp98 sportsbook section. The following general principles apply to all sports wagers:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player.
• kp98 reserves the right to void bets placed after an event has started where the in-play market was inadvertently left open due to a technical error.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or otherwise not completed as scheduled, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific sport rules applicable to that market.
• PSL matches cancelled or rescheduled due to weather, venue, or security reasons will be settled as void unless 90% or more of the scheduled overs have been completed, in which case the DLS method result applies.
• Maximum bet limits per market, per event, and per day are published in the kp98 sportsbook and may be applied on a Player-specific basis at kp98's discretion.
• kp98 reserves the right to void and refund any bet where there is evidence that the result was materially affected by match-fixing, corruption, or any other activity that compromised the integrity of the event.

11 Casino & Game Rules

All casino games available on kp98 — including live dealer tables, slot games, crash games, and instant win titles — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or genuine live-streaming infrastructure. Game outcomes are independently tested and certified for fairness.

11.1 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error that prevents a game round from completing normally, kp98 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wager to the Player's balance. kp98 is not liable for any anticipated or theoretical winnings from a game round that was voided due to a malfunction.

11.2 Published RTP

The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot game is published by the game provider and is available within the game information panel. RTPs reflect the theoretical long-term average return across all players and all sessions — they do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

11.3 Live Casino Rules

Live dealer games operate under the rules of the specific game variant in play, as announced by the dealer at the start of each round. In the event of a dispute regarding a live dealer game outcome, the decision of kp98's game provider — whose video recording of the relevant round constitutes the definitive record — shall be final.

12 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kp98 platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human method to interact with the kp98 platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or unknown software error are void.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other activity that corrupts the integrity of a sporting event.
• Collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using the kp98 platform to launder money or conduct any transaction that is the proceeds of criminal activity.
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent responsible gaming restrictions, including self-exclusion.
• Providing false identity documents or misrepresenting your identity during KYC verification.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith after placing and losing bets.
• Using VPNs or other geo-masking tools to access kp98 from Prohibited Jurisdictions.

13 Responsible Gaming

kp98 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising gambling-related harm. Every registered Player has access to the following tools directly within their kp98 account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps on your account.
• Session Reminders: Configure time-based pop-up alerts during active gaming sessions.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for periods ranging from 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your kp98 account and block re-registration. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irreversible for a minimum period of six months.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders displaying your session duration and net wagering result.

14 Account Suspension & Closure

kp98 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player Account at any time and without prior notice where kp98 reasonably believes that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The Player has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• The account is involved in fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity.
• The Player is found to be under 21 years of age.
• Continued operation of the account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to kp98.
• The Player has placed bets that kp98 reasonably believes were made with knowledge of a fixed or corrupted outcome.

Where an account is closed due to a Player's breach of these Terms, any real money balance remaining in the account may be withheld pending investigation. kp98 will notify the Player of the outcome of any investigation within a reasonable timeframe. Players may close their own account voluntarily at any time by contacting the kp98 support team.

15 Intellectual Property

All content on the kp98 platform — including but not limited to the kp98 name and logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, data compilations, and software — is the intellectual property of kp98 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the kp98 platform for personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit: reproduction or redistribution of platform content; scraping or harvesting of odds, game data, or other platform data; framing or mirroring the kp98 platform on any third-party website; or any commercial exploitation of kp98 content without prior written consent.

16 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kp98 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings arising from your use of the kp98 platform.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages arising from your use of the platform, even if kp98 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of kp98 services, whether planned or unplanned.
• Any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Any content or conduct of third-party game providers accessible through the kp98 platform.

kp98's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total real money deposits made by that Player to their kp98 account in the 12 calendar months immediately preceding the relevant claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes kp98's liability for: death or personal injury caused by kp98's negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by kp98; or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

17 Privacy & Data

kp98's collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data is governed by the kp98 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at /privacy-policy. By registering a kp98 account, you acknowledge and consent to the data processing practices described in the Privacy Policy.

kp98 will process your personal data (including CNIC details, contact information, transaction history, and device identifiers) for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and customer support. kp98 will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.

18 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which kp98 holds its gaming licence. Players agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitral bodies of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through kp98's internal complaint process.

18.1 Internal Complaints Process

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, Players must first submit a written complaint to kp98 via [email protected]. kp98 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a substantive written response within 14 calendar days. kp98 is committed to resolving all legitimate disputes fairly and promptly through its internal process.

18.2 Language of Proceedings

All formal dispute communications, complaint submissions, and legal proceedings relating to kp98 shall be conducted in the English language.

19 Amendments to These Terms

kp98 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they affect Player rights, obligations, or financial terms in a significant way — kp98 will notify registered Players by email at least seven (7) calendar days before the amended Terms take effect.

Minor amendments (including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the substantive meaning of any provision, or updates to reflect changes in applicable law) may take effect immediately upon publication without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent version currently in effect.

Your continued use of the kp98 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes.
